My Story
I spent my adult life in deep study with spiritual teachers, including, 6 years in close study with Adyashanti in San Jose, CA from 1999-2005, He inspired me more than any teacher I'd studied with. From sitting with Adya, I was able to see through to the core of what held blocks and old patterns in place in my own life and with others. I took this insight and brought it into my private practice with my clients. We were getting to the "root" of the matter, or pulling out the linchpin to what held old patterns in place.
Health & Spirituality are One
I always had a love for herbs and relied on them for my own family. This led me down the path of becoming an advanced medical, clinical herbalist. I am continuously humbled by the plants and the medicinal properties they carry. In relation to herbal healing, I see people as already healed and am able to see imbalances that are often overlooked in conventional medicine. My clients are the proof that a holisitic lifestyle and herbalism truly work and that we heal on many levels.
